1. The service
Fix&Vint ("the Service") is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you prepare listings for reselling clothing and footwear — for example, by editing product photos and generating suggested titles, descriptions, and price estimates. The Service does not publish listings on your behalf and is not affiliated with Vinted or any other marketplace.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the photos and information you upload, and for any listing you create or publish using the output of the Service. You must own the rights to the images you upload or have permission to use them. You are responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and terms of any marketplace (such as Vinted) where you choose to publish, including rules on prohibited items, accurate descriptions, and authenticity.
3. Price estimates are not guarantees
Any suggested price shown by the Service is an estimate generated to help guide your decision. It is not a valuation, an appraisal, or a guarantee that an item will sell at that price, or at all. You should use your own judgment before setting a listing price.
4. AI-generated results may contain errors
Photos, titles, descriptions, and prices produced by the Service are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your item. You must review and, if necessary, correct all AI-generated content before using it in a listing. We are not responsible for losses arising from published content that you did not review.
5. Credits and payments
Some features of the Service require credits, which are purchased through Stripe. Credits already used to process an item are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded if you contact us at the email below within a reasonable time (30 days) of the purchase. We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may update the Service or these Terms of Service from time to time as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
