Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

To provide the Service we collect: your email address (used to create your account and log in), and the photos you upload of the items you want to list. We also keep a record of your credit balance and purchase history.

2. How your photos are processed

When you upload a photo, it is sent to external AI services to be processed on your behalf:

• Photoroom — used to edit and enhance your product photos (for example, background removal and repositioning).
• Anthropic (Claude) — used to generate the suggested title, description, and price estimate for your item.

These providers process the data we send them to deliver the requested result; we do not control their independent processing beyond that.

3. Payments

Credit purchases are handled entirely by Stripe. The Service never sees or stores your card details — Stripe processes the payment directly and only confirms to us whether it succeeded.

4. Where your data is stored

Your account data, uploaded photos, and credit records are stored using Supabase, our database and storage provider.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data (email, photos, and history) at any time by writing to alejandromesaalejo@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
